Another Sewage Pumping Station Successfully Delivered
We’ve recently completed another pumping station upgrade — a project that truly highlights our full end-to-end MEICA capability.
Our engineering team designed, manufactured, and fully factory-acceptance tested a Form 4 pump & macerator panel, ensuring it arrived to site fully compliant, fully proven, and ready for seamless integration.
This upgrade required precision, planning, and a steady hand. The site team excelled on all fronts:
✔️ Safely positioned the new MCC, navigating around large existing pumps and tight working constraints.
✔️ Installed replacement containment and new field wiring, ensuring every element met current standards.
✔️ Completed a full cabling upgrade, with clean routing and future-friendly organisation.
✔️ Maintained full pumping station functionality throughout, ensuring the process never stopped — even while critical improvements were underway.
Operating within a live environment is always a challenge, but the team delivered the entire installation within a week while upholding the site’s operational continuity and safety.
